How does order tracking work?
After placing your order:

Your item is carefully created and prepared.

Once production is complete and your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

This email includes your tracking number and a tracking link.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order:

by clicking the “Track your order” link in your shipping confirmation email

or by using your order number and email address on the order status page
When will tracking be available?
Please note:

Tracking information becomes available after your order has been shipped.

While your item is being made, the order status may show as Processing.
-
This is normal for personalized products.
