Here’s how tracking works for personalized items.

How does order tracking work?

After placing your order:

  • Your item is carefully created and prepared.

  • Once production is complete and your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • This email includes your tracking number and a tracking link.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order:

  • by clicking the “Track your order” link in your shipping confirmation email

  • or by using your order number and email address on the order status page

When will tracking be available?

Please note:

  • Tracking information becomes available after your order has been shipped.

  • While your item is being made, the order status may show as Processing.

  • This is normal for personalized products.
